Learners are expected to adhere to a high standard of professional conduct. Any form of unethical behavior, including but not limited to hacking outside the scope of course exercises, will result in immediate dismissal from the program.

3. Intellectual Property

The School retains all rights, program title, Curriculum , and interest in and to its trademarks, service marks, and copyrighted materials. Learners may not use the School's name or logo without prior written consent.

4. Privacy Policy

The School's Privacy Policy outlines how learner information is collected, used, and protected. By enrolling, learners agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The School makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of course materials. The School is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of its courses or services.

The School reserves the right to terminate a learners enrollment for violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the School.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore court, India.
